This Hispanic Heritage Month, The Latino Coalition is celebrating the Latino and Latina leaders who have helped shape American business—and those leading it forward today.

From pioneers who broke barriers and opened doors, to today’s CEOs leading some of the nation’s most recognized and influential companies, their stories reflect the growing power, influence and contributions of Latino leadership across our economy.

Throughout Hispanic Heritage Month, TLC’s LEADING FORWARD campaign will recognize these trailblazers, celebrate their leadership and accomplishments, and shine a light on the work still ahead to build a stronger pipeline of Latino leaders into America’s C-suites and boardrooms.

We begin by recognizing leadership in action with the presentation of TLC’s inaugural CEO of the Year Award, honoring Darren Rebelez, Board Chair, President & CEO of Casey’s, on September 13 in Fort Worth, Texas.
